Shipping Policies

Please note that shipping time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time. 

Processing time for t-shirts:
For most items (t-shirts), all orders are typically processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). We use this period for product creation, order verification, quality checking, and packaging.

If you order online, we typically get that package to the United States Postal Service (USPS) within 3 business days (or less!). Please note that this is excluding weekends and bank holidays.  We use this period of time for order verification, quality checking, and packaging.

Processing time for all other items:

For some items, orders are processed in our warehouse overseas. These items will be processed within 3-5 days but the shipping time is significantly longer. After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you via email with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

Shipping time for t-shirts:
Once your package is in the hands of the USPS it will take some time to get to you depending on where you live. Orders can be expected 
within 5-7 business days after processing time. If your package doesn't get to you in a reasonable amount of time, please let us know!  We want to help track it down and make sure it arrives safely!

Shipping time for other items:

Once your order is processed in our warehouse overseas, it will be given to the carrier. A Track-and-Trace code and link to the courier's website will be provided to you via email. You can also reach out to for help tracking your package. *Please note that shipping from overseas takes a significantly longer amount of time (up to 30 days!) to reach your destination.

Shipping and Handling Costs:

Shipping costs vary and are calculated using checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the orderShipping costs will be clearly indicated in your order summary prior to checkout.

Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Our Carriers
We use USPS, UPS, Fedex, Royal Mail, DHL and DX for deliveries. We currently only ship orders to USA addresses.

Upon Receipt of your Order

You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged” then contact us on the day of delivery.

Bank Holidays
We do not deliver on Bank Holiday so your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
